Therapeutic Movement
Strength | Flexibility | Function
Focuses on creating ease of movement using a variety of practices and exercises that improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, relaxation and promote overall well-being.
Movement is Medicine
Therapeutic movement is often a critical aspect of optimising your body’s ability to heal and maintain wellness over the long term. It will enable the body to move more easily and as it is designed to do - flow with ease.
It may be recommended as a valuable part of your ongoing osteopathic treatment once you have experienced initial relief of your symptoms with hands-on therapy. Regular therapeutic movement can help you to build upon and maintain the benefits of your treatment.

My Approach
You are in the driver's seat
Ultimately, this is a partnership where we work together to achieve your specific treatment goals, based on your available time, commitments, and general health.
I will share knowledge and tools to enable you to self-manage and improve your condition beyond the treatment room. How much you do and the pace of improvement is up to you, supported by my ongoing care and professional guidance.
I can help you develop your awareness of and change patterns or behaviours that might be creating or exacerbating your symptoms. If needed, I work alongside other allied health professionals to optimise your wellbeing.
